I have recently recruited 2 roles as part of our divisional finance team.  Speaking to fellow colleagues within our business, I received positive feedback regarding their use of Heyland for previous roles in the business. With this in mind I got in touch with Dan Jones at Heyland for both roles; Dan was excellent throughout.  He found a strong candidate for the first role who is excelling and settled well into the business.  With the 2^nd role when plan A didn’t work out we moved to look at a temporary solution due to some internal factors. I then got in touch with Jo Marsden who was also very helpful offering a number of suitable candidates. She was excellent at understanding the role and what we were looking for and provided us with a suitable candidate for our requirement.
