Work Experience Manager
Heyland recruitment are excited to offer a newly created position, based in Chester, to help support our client’s ongoing growth and expansion. We are looking for an individual, whose role is primarily focused on creating and providing a first-class experience for staff and visitors. The role sits within the HR function and would report to the HR Director, but will also work independently and with other business functions. This role requires a range of skills and strengths from creativity, time-management, planning, administration and record keeping to people-focused skills such as customer service, communication, relationship building and creativity.
Duties also included:
- Building relationships with local businesses and suppliers
- Seeking out opportunities and implement staff initiatives and activities
- Support employee wellbeing and play an important part in managing the office
- Creating an environment where people feel motivated and driven
