Strategic HR Business Partner, Liverpool, Permanent, £36,000 – £39,500 plus excellent benefits.

Our client is a leading and growing organisation with an enviable brand and reputation. Due to continued growth and success they are now looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner to join their existing HR team.

As Strategic HR Business Partner you will report into the Senior HR Business Partner and form part of the wider HR team. A strong generalist you will be responsible for providing both operational and strategic HR support to the senior management team. You will advise on all HR issues including employee relations and support with projects such as talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, change management and employee engagement whilst driving cultural change and developing management capability. You will work closely with your key stakeholders to really understand their business challenges and support them with HR initiatives to help them achieve their business objectives.

A solid HR generalist, you will have ideally gained your experience from within a fast-paced, science, research or technological environment and will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Essentially you will be studying towards CIPD level 5 as a minimum.
