Senior HR Business Partner
Senior HR Business Partner, Warrington, Permanent, £55,000 – £60,000 plus car and excellent benefits.
Our client is a leading and growing organisation with an enviable brand and reputation. Due to continued growth and success, they are now looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their existing HR team.
As Senior HR Business Partner you will report into the HR Director and form part of the wider HR team. You will deliver value-add strategic business partnering across central functions, as well as some global business functions. A strong generalist you will be responsible for providing both operational and strategic HR support to the senior management team. You will advise on all HR issues including employee relations, recruitment and L&D and support with projects such as talent management, succession planning, change management and employee engagement whilst driving cultural change and developing management capability. You will work closely with your key stakeholders to really understand their business challenges and support them with HR initiatives to help them achieve their business objectives.
A solid HR generalist and true Business Partner, you will have gained your experience from within a fast-paced, matrix business and will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A bias towards OD, talent and succession planning will be highly advantageous. Ideally you will be level 7 CIPD qualified.
