Senior HR Advisor/ Junior HR Business Partner
Our client is a leading and growing organisation with an enviable brand and reputation. Due to continued growth and success they are now looking for a Senior HR Advisor/Junior HR Business Partner to join their existing HR team.
As Senior HR Advisor/Junior HR Business Partner you will report into the Regional HR Manager and form part of the wider HR team. A strong generalist you will be responsible for providing both operational and strategic HR support to the senior management team. You will advise on all HR issues including employee relations and support with projects such as talent management, succession planning, change management and employee engagement whilst driving cultural change and developing management capability. You will work closely with your key stakeholders to really understand their business challenges and support them with HR initiatives to help them achieve their business objectives.
A solid HR generalist, you will have gained your experience from within a fast-paced, manufacturing environment and will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Essentially you will be studying towards CIPD level 5 as a minimum. Previous experience of working in a unionised environment is a must. There will be some business travel with this role across the UK; you must be able to drive and have access to a car.
