Sales Ledger
I am currently recruiting for my client who are based in Bromborough. They are looking to recruit a sales ledger controller to join the finance team on a permanent basis. Ideally you will have 2 years’ experience in a similar finance position and be based near to Bromborough – this position will be office based Monday – Friday.
Main Duties
- Processing applications for payment
- Tracking due dates of applications to ensure certs are received before the due date
- Invoicing certificates from clients
- Chasing payment for overdues alongside legal lead
- Populating a cash flow document daily to monitor money in/out
- Posting cash book entries into sage 200
- Bank recs
- Managing retentions and claiming when due
- Any other tasks if time allows
