People Business Partner, Gwynedd, Permanent, £45,000 – £55,000 plus excellent benefits
I am delighted to be supporting our client in Gwynedd who are recruiting for a People Business Partner to support continued growth and success.
As People Business Partner you will report in to the People Director and form part of the wider HR team. Supporting c200 employees in a standalone capacity you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and will help drive the HR agenda whilst providing full responsibility and support to your site. You will be responsible for providing a robust and accurate service to both managers and employees. You will need an engaging style coupled with extensive experience of delivering legislatively sound advice in order to support line managers across all aspects of HR remit including recruitment, termination, performance management, absence management, employee relations, reward and HR best practice. An experienced HR Manager you will work closely with your key stakeholders to really understand their business challenges and support them with HR initiatives to help them achieve their business objectives.
A solid, well rounded generalist, you are a passionate, influential, proactive and ambitious self-starter with a creative and collaborative approach. You will have a solid understanding of HR best practice and the ability to influence and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the business. You will ideally have gained your experience from within a manufacturing/logistics/distribution or similar organisation. Essentially you must be level 5 CIPD qualified as a minimum or have relevant HR experience.
