Payroller: £28,000 – £35,000
I am currently recruiting for an experienced Payroller to join an impressive business in Denbighshire. This role has the potential to become permanent.
Fixed Term Contract – 3-6 months
Duties will Include:
• Administer and process end-to-end monthly payroll for employees.
• Calculate and process statutory deductions, including PAYE, National Insurance and Pension
• Maintain accurate employee records. (starters, leavers, and department transfers)
• Upload payments to the bank account each month.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation, tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare and submit statutory reports to relevant authorities.
• Respond to employee enquires regarding payroll matters.
• Investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues.
• Complete payroll year end transactions and assist in the audit process.
• Provide relevant payroll information for financial reporting purposes.
• Work closely with Head of departments to ensure seamless coordination.
• Develop and review processes and controls.
• Processing P60s,P45s.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Previous experience as a payroll manager or similar role
• Knowledge of UK payroll regulation and taxation.
• Confident in Microsoft office packages especially Excel
• Strong Attention to details and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
