I am currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join an established and successful business in Wrexham. Due to continued growth you will support an experienced team in all aspects of payroll as part of a friendly, supportive finance team.


Duties will include:

  • Play a key part of the payroll ream in preparing accurately weekly and monthly payrolls to strict deadlines
  • Collate and maintain accurate payroll data
  • Manage statutory deductions and updates such as SSP, SMP, SPP
  • Resolve queries and discrepancies through detailed analysis and attention to detail
  • Process changes such as bank details, change of address etc)
  • Manage HMRC/DWP requests and queries
  • Process weekly amendments
  • Ensure timely deduction of pension contributions and new joiner data
  • Manage pension opt-outs
  • Starters and Leavers
  • Ad hoc reports and other duties as required


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Advanced in using IT, Office and Payroll software
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adapatable
  • Good time-management
