Invoicing Clerk
Heyland Recruitment have been engaged by this specialist services organisation as they look to recruit an invoicing clerk to join their growing finance function at their head office in Warrington. This is a modern company with attractive benefits and a hybrid working policy and this role would suit an individual with high attention to detail who is wiling to learn and possesses a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Sending out paperwork/agreements to clients on new hires
- Telephone calls with clients regarding the paperwork
- Completing a pre-audit on the hire file to ensure the claim will be successful
- Completing a post-audit at the end of the hire and reporting any issues
- Creating the invoice/payment pack
- Paying supplier invoices and reviewing they are correctly billed
- Dealing with damage claims on hire vehicles
- Undertake any other duties as necessary
- Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
