Our client is a growing, successful organisation who have an enviable brand and reputation within their field. Due to an exciting period of change, they are now looking for a HR Manager to join their team for a period of 15 months.
As HR Manager you will be responsible for providing a full HR support to senior managers and employees across two unionised sites.
You will provide advice and support on a variety of HR related issues including employee relations, talent management, succession planning, engagement and recruitment whilst contributing to a variation of HR project around change and transformation. As an experienced generalist, you will work closely with managers across the business to coach and influence them, ensuring decisions are made in line with legislation, whilst reviewing HR processes and making recommendations of improvement where necessary.
A credible candidate, you will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, driving change and improving efficiencies ideally gained from your time within a large unionised organisation.
