I am delighted to be supporting our client in Chester on an exclusive basis in finding an experienced, Part Time HR generalist to join their HR team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
As HR Generalist you will report into the Head of HR and form part of the wider HR team. A strong generalist you will be responsible for providing operational support to the senior management team and wider business supporting both Head Office and having sole responsibility for an entire site. As well as managing the entire recruitment process you will also advise on all HR issues and be responsible for employee relations including disciplinary, grievance and absence as well as being the first point of contact for both managers and employees covering the entire life cycle. You will work closely with your key stakeholders to really understand their business challenges and support them with HR initiatives to help them achieve their business objectives.
A solid HR Generalist, you will have gained your experience from within a fast-paced business and will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Essentially you will be studying towards CIPD level 3 as a minimum. Experience of managing recruitment from start to finish is essential. You will also need experience of redundancy/consultation and improving HR standards and procedures. Proactive and energetic in your approach, you will enjoy owing a process. You will be required to attend your site once a week so being able to drive is essential; the site is based approximately 1.5 hours from Head Office. My client will consider a minimum of 3 days per week.
The ideal candidate will be a solid HR generalist. You will be CIPD level 3 as a minimum with experience in a larger organisational with the ability to work at pace. In return, you will be welcomed in to a friendly team, working amongst an impressive peer group.
