HR Business Partner
Our client is a leading and growing organisation with an enviable brand and reputation. To support a period of change, they are now looking for an HR Business Partner on an interim basis to join their existing HR team.
As HR Business Partner you will report into the Head of HR and form part of the wider HR team. A strong generalist you will be responsible for providing both operational and strategic HR support to the senior management team. You will advise on all HR issues including employee relations, recruitment and L&D and support with projects such as talent management, succession planning, change management and employee engagement whilst driving cultural change and developing management capability. You will work closely with your key stakeholders to really understand their business challenges and support them with HR initiatives to help them achieve their business objectives.
A solid HR generalist and true Business Partner, you will have gained your experience from within a fast-paced, matrix business and will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A bias towards talent and succession planning will be highly advantageous. Essentially you will be studying towards CIPD level 5 as a minimum. Ideally you will be available to start work immediately.
