Our client is a successful and commercial organization with an excellent reputation in the marketplace. To lead on a critical transitional project, they are looking for an HR Business Partner to join them for 6 months.

As HR Business Partner you will report in to the Senior HR Business Partner and form part of the wider HR team. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team you will partner with the regional and functional management teams to build employee capability; implement organisational design changes; plan and manage talent; continuously improve the people approach and to deliver the local people plan aligned to shared organisational objectives alongside delivering generalist operational support and advice. You will need an engaging style coupled with extensive experience of delivering legislatively sound advice in order to support line managers across all aspects of HR remit including recruitment, termination, performance management, absence management, employee relations, reward and HR best practice. An experienced HR Business Partner you will work closely with your key stakeholders to really understand their business challenges and support them with HR initiatives to help them achieve their business objectives.

A solid, well rounded generalist, you are a passionate, influential, results driven, proactive and ambitious self-starter with a creative and collaborative approach. You will have a solid understanding of HR best practice and the ability to influence and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the business. You will ideally have gained your experience from within a manufacturing/logistics/distribution or similar organisation. Previous project management experience with a recognised methodology is essential coupled with a passion for data and analytics.
