HR Advisor, Warrington, 6 month Fixed Term Contract, IMMEDIATE START, £32,000 plus excellent benefits.

Our client, a highly regarded, innovative and growing business is looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for 6 months to support with a project.

Reporting into the HR Manager you will work with the wider HR team and manage the operational HR function including HR queries; recruitment; employee relations; absence management; performance management; data manipulation and reporting on KPIs as well as updating company policies and procedures. Additional to the BAU workload, you will also support with adhoc projects, partnering the senior management team and identifying where HR initiatives can really add value to the business and help support future growth.

A true generalist, you will have gained your experience ideally from within a manufacturing organisation and will be comfortable working in a fast paced business and be confident at making decisions and working autonomously. Essentially you will be CIPD qualified with relevant, previous HR experience. You will be pragmatic with a can do attitude.
