I am delighted to be supporting our client in Chester on an exclusive basis in finding an experienced HR Administrator to join their HR team on a permanent basis.

As HR Administrator you will report into the Head of HR and form part of the wider HR team. A strong generalist you will be responsible for providing operational support to the senior management team and wider business supporting both Head Office and other sites. As well as managing the entire lifecycle from an administrative perspective, you will support with end to end recruitment. You will work closely with your key stakeholders to really understand their business challenges and support them with HR initiatives to help them achieve their business objectives.

A solid HR Administrator, you will have gained your experience from within a fast-paced business and will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Essentially you will be studying towards CIPD level 3 as a minimum. Experience of managing HR administrative processes from starters to leavers is essential. Proactive and energetic in your approach, you will enjoy owing a process.
