HR Admin Assistant
I am recruiting a HR Admin Assistant to join a leading construction business based on the Wirral. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced highly acquisitive company with ambitious growth plans. Report to the Finance Director you will be responsible for supporting with all aspects of HR administration. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously, however full training will be provided.
- Creating Employment contracts
- Collating starter packs
- Setting up new starters on Sage payroll
- Completing P11d for company cars
- Tracking allocation of laptops and company property to individuals
- Checking and authorising expenses
- Managing holiday forms
- General administration support as required
Working hours 8.30am – 5.30pm, office based.
You will need to have strong administration, systems and organisational skills.
