Finance Assistant

I am currently recruiting for a Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper to join an established, successful business based in Crewe. Reporting to the Head of Finance you support with all aspects of the company’s finance and administration processes.

Duties will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of the monthly management accounts
  • Day to day bookkeeping
  • Purchase and Sales Ledger processing
  • Credit Control
  • Purchasing
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Finance admin duties
  • Speaking to customers and suppliers and liaising with all other departments

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Excellent written, financial, keyboard, and verbal knowledge and communication skills.
  • Qualification in book-keeping, or accountancy such as AAT (preferred) or QBE
  • Manufacturing/FMCG experience would be beneficial
  • Experience with Sage would be beneficial


  • £22-24k DOE
  • 26 days’ holiday plus statutory
  • Free parking
  • Potential to work part-time
