Content Creator/E-Learning Designer, Warrington, Permanent, £24,000 – £25,000 plus excellent benefits.
Our client is a leading and growing organisation with an enviable brand and reputation. Due to continued growth and success, they are now looking for a Content Creator/E-Learning Designer to join their team.
Reporting in to the Head of L&D and forming part of the wider L&D Team, as Content Creator/E-Learning Designer you will play an instrumental role in the creation, production and design of digital learning modules. You will be responsible for designing and developing high quality, visually stimulating digital content.
Your focus will be on the end user experience; making sure the platform and learning content is engaging, effective and simple to access. You will liaise with L&D Managers, subject matter experts and key stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure all learning objectives are met within agreed timescales.
Some key duties will include:
- Advise on, create, develop and design digital content
- Have the ability to take complex concepts and break them down to learning segments for digital learning
- Evaluate learning solutions to ensure objectives are met
- Establish a strong digital identity
- Update and maintain existing learning materials
- Be a brand ambassador
The ideal candidate will have previous, demonstrable experience in a similar role, specifically digital learning design. You will have a creative eye and be able to apply design skills to a variety of learning interventions. You will be competent with authoring tools such as Powtoon. Additionally you will have excellent attention to detail and communication skills coupled with strong stakeholder management. You will be self-motivated and committed to develop.
