I am currently recruiting for my client who is based near to Conwy. There is the need for an ambitious candidate to join the team on a permanent basis.

Job Purpose

The role will be working in a very dynamic environment and be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate records are made.

This will be an exciting, varied, hands-on, busy and challenging role requiring excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative as part of the team, actively contributing to the smooth running of the department.

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Daily banking and cash management.
• Processing of purchase orders, invoices and related documents.
• Payment processing and allocations.
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts.
• Responding to customer and supplier queries by phone and email.
• Group/Corporate Sales Invoicing
• Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
• Manage employee onboarding, setting up the employees on the HR/payroll system, generating an employment contract and registering the employee for pension etc.
• Collation of timesheet payroll information on a monthly basis.

Key Skill / Experience Requirements

• Strong academic background with at least 12 months finance experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
• The ability to demonstrate confidentiality, integrity and discretion.
• A proactive approach to work and a ‘can-do’ attitude;
