I am delighted to be supporting our client on exclusive basis in recruiting for an experienced Office Manager.  


As Office Manager you will be responsible for the initial set up and continuous management of a busy and vibrant office, from managing queries to taking bookings and ensuring the office and facilities are ran in a smooth and efficient way. A varied and challenging role, the role will also include some PA duties such as diary management, minute taking, collating paperwork and manging travel arrangements for the Senior Management Team.


The ideal candidate will be highly organised with a keen eye for detail and be comfortable in reporting figures to Board level. You will thrive in taking ownership of your workload and department whilst being able to work proactively and accurately with minimum supervision. Experience of delivering high levels and standards of customer service is paramount coupled with the ability to multitask in a changing, occasionally demanding environment. You will be IT literate including all MS Office packages.
