Our client, a highly regarded, innovative and growing business is looking to recruit a Part Time HR Business Partner to join the team to support their ongoing expansion.


Reporting into the Head of HR you will manage the entire HR function for a subsidiary of the group with operational HR initiatives including HR queries; recruitment; employee relations; compensation & benefits; training and development; absence management; performance management; internal communications; contractual agreements and company policies and procedures. Additional to the BAU workload, you will also support with projects, partnering the senior management team and identifying where HR initiatives can really add value to the business and help support future growth. You will also support group functions where needed.


A true generalist, you will have gained your experience ideally within a technology/professional services organisation and you will be comfortable working in a standalone capacity, confident at making decisions and working autonomously. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified with relevant, previous HR experience. Some travel across the North West will be required so the ability to drive is essential.
