Temporary Part-Time Accounts Administrator

I am currently recruiting for my client who are based near to Ellesmere Port. There is the need for someone to join the team on a temporary par time basis. This position can offer great flexibility as the c10 hours / week can be completed as and when suits (to a degree!) this position could suit someone who is already in a part time role but are looking to increase hours. This position will be for c3months initially before review and possible extension.



Main responsibilities

  • Handling the sales and purchase ledgers for 30+ companies (3 main trading companies and the rest are low-volume investment partnerships)
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Employee expenses
  • Assistance with other general administrative duties (supporting either myself or the Office Manager)



Required skills

  • Confident in learning new systems
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Confident in Microsoft Excel
