To support a period of growth and transition our client is looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.


Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager and forming part of a small team some key duties will include:

  • Accurate and timely processing of purchase invoices
  • Ensuring invoices are approved in line with policy
  • Supplier payment run preparation
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Supplier queries
  • Supporting the Finance Director
  • Assist in year end audit


The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Purchase Ledger role processing large volumes of invoices from receipt to payment. You will be an advanced user of MS Excel and be methodical in your approach with high attention to detail. You will be robust and resilient with a collaborative approach. You will have gained your experience from within a medium/large sized business.
