HR & Office Administrator, St Asaph, Permanent, £20,000 - £25,000 plus excellent benefits.

 

I’m currently supporting a business in St Asaph who are looking for an HR & Office Administrator to join their team in a newly created role.

 

Reporting into the Finance Director, as HR & Office Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining HR records; managing the office facilities and delivering first line response and contact for all areas of the business. Some key tasks include:

 

  • Inbound Communications - being the first point of contact for incoming calls; dealing with incoming correspondence; being responsible for multiple inboxes.
  • HR Management – maintaining employee files; completion of HR documents such as new contracts; induction process; maintaining holiday/absence records; maintenance of company org chart; supporting the implementation of HRIS; MI reporting.
  • Office Management – responsible for team and facilities locally; utilities; manage relationships with internal stakeholders, security, maintenance and cleaning providers; booking and organising meeting rooms; organising social events, procurement of stationary and workwear.
  • PA duties - including arranging travel and accommodation; collation of expenses.
  • General administration duties.

 

The ideal candidate will be computer literate with a focus on Office 365 and CRM. You will have solid administration experience from within a fast paced, commercial environment. An excellent communicator at all levels coupled with being highly organised with good planning and time management skills is essential. You will be flexible and resilient in your approach and embrace change. Ideally you will have gained your experience within a manufacturing environment.
