+ quarterly bonus


I am currently recruiting for my client based near to Chester for an interim Payroll Clerk to join the team on a temporary / contract basis. The role will be ongoing, it could be for up to 1 year and could potentially turn into a permanent opportunity for the successful candidate. The contract will be extended by a 3 month period, every 3 months, with the potential for a bonus to be paid quarterly too. This role will suit someone with previous high volume payroll experience who can start a new position readily (1 week notice maximum) and ideally you will have previous sage payroll experience.

 

This role will be paying c£9.25 / hour + potential bonus

 

Main Duties

  • Assisting in all aspects of processing payroll
  • Inputting timesheets
  • Producing invoices
  • Raising Purchase Orders, Invoices & Credit notes via SAGE
  • Producing sales graphs from Excel data
  • Provide regular reports relating to the finance and payroll system
  • Liaising with clients and staff reading payment and invoicing
  • Assistance with general office administration
  • Deal with and resolve payroll and invoice queries efficiently
  • Scanning, filing and answering the telephone
