HR Manager, Chester, Fixed Term Contract for 12 months, IMMEDIATE START, up to £32,000 - £35,000 plus excellent benefits


Our client is a successful, innovative and forward thinking hospitality business who have an excellent reputation in the marketplace. To cover a period of maternity they are looking for an HR Manager to join the team.


As HR Manger you will report in to the Chief Executive and form part of the Senior Management Team. Your remit is to help drive the HR agenda whilst providing full responsibility and support to the wider business on all BAU HR tasks. You will be responsible for providing a robust and accurate service to both managers and employees. You will need an engaging style coupled with extensive experience of delivering legislatively sound advice in order to support line managers across all aspects of HR remit including recruitment, performance management, absence management, employee relations, HR Administration and HR best practice. An experienced HR professional you will work closely with your key stakeholders to really understand their business challenges and support them with HR initiatives to help them achieve their business objectives.


A solid, well rounded generalist, you are a passionate, proactive and an ambitious self-starter with a creative and collaborative approach. You will have a solid understanding of HR best practice and the ability to influence and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the business. You will enjoy managing the entire HR function from starters to leavers with previous experience of implementing an HR strategy ensuring budgets are adhered to.
