I am currently recruiting for my well established client based Wrexham Industrial Estate. There is the need for an experienced purchase ledger clerk to join the finance team on a part time basis. This role will be 25 hours / week – 5hours / day with a  degree of flex on when you start / finish. This role would suit a candidate based within a commutable distance of Wrexham Industrial estate with minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar finance position.


Purchase ledger Clerk

  • Print invoices from email/open post
  • Processing Invoices
  • Code with correct General ledger codes and Cost centres
  • Filing
  • Posting cash
  • Cashbook
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Reconcile Supplier statements
  • Adhoc duties as they occur
  • Dealing with supplier queries (email/phone)
  • Payments – UK and Overseas
