I am currently recruiting for my client based near Bromborough. There is the need for a receptionist to join the business on a full time, permanent basis. Ideally you will have minimum 2 years previous receptionist experience. This is a fun, friendly and very stable business.


Daily Duties

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Checking admin and contracts emails
  • Programme board- Daily phone calls and update
  • Update programme board with vehicle tracker times
  • Hotel bookings for all staff and operatives
  • Train bookings for all staff and operatives
  • Managing boardroom/training room diary/bookings
  • Incoming and outgoing post
  • Miscellaneous administration duties i.e. photocopying
  • Ad hoc office duties


Weekly/Monthly Duties

  • Maintaining company training matrix, booking training, renewing CSCS cards, filing new training certificates
  • Booking medicals
  • Updating telephone (internal extensions & mobile), employee lists and address list
  • Stationery orders
  • ASDA order
  • All DBS applications for staff and operatives and maintaining records
  • Operatives inductions issuing forms for completion and obtaining records for employee files
  • Maintaining company passport records
  • Online electronic site inductions & record keeping
  • BPSS applications & submissions
  • Applying for guarantees, chasing, copying, distributing and filing


Hours – 8am – 5pm (1 hour for lunch)
