I am currently recruiting for my well-established client based in Haydock, due to growth there is a need to bring on a Purchase Ledger clerk on a part time basis for circa 25-30 hours per week.


Job Description


Reporting to the Finance Manager duties will include:

  • Assisting with the running of the Purchase Ledger function
  • Checking PO’s
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Communication with other departments
  • Query resolution
  • Payment Runs
  • Bank Reconciliations


Key Skills / Attributes

  • Previous knowledge of working within a Purchase Ledger role
  • Experience in using Microsoft packages (Word, Excel etc)
  • Able to work in a team or as an individual
  • Great communication skills
  • High attention to detail
