Recruitment Advisor, Bolton, 9 month Fixed term Contract, £27,000 - £29,000 plus excellent benefits.

 

Due to continued growth and success, my client is looking to strengthen the team and bring on board a Recruitment Advisor, initially for 9 months but may be extended.

 

As Recruitment Advisor you will support the business with candidate attraction as well as managing the onboarding process ensuring candidates receive a first class service from beginning to end. Some key duties to the role include:

 

  • Reporting in to the Recruitment Business Partner and forming part of a small recruitment team managing the delivery of a proactive end to end recruitment service
  • Deliver on all aspects of the recruitment process from attraction to onboarding
  • Working with the wider business to understand recruitment needs and agreeing an effective recruitment plan
  • Create an engaging approach to attraction utilising all sourcing techniques with a focus on direct sourcing, to attract active high calibre candidates and engage with passive candidates
  • Utilising the e-recruitment system
  • Stakeholder engagement and management to facilitate the ability to influence, guide and drive the recruitment process
  • Managing relationships with external recruitment partners including the review of PSL and terms and conditions
  • Build a continuous talent pool for high volume, hard to fill roles
  • Support projects as and when required

 

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a recruitment role either in house or agency. You will be driven and energetic in your approach as well as being confident and focused. Analytical and flexible you will be professional at all times with high attention to detail. You will be skilled in the use of MS Office. Experience of using an application tracking system or HRIS would be highly advantageous.
