Regional HR Advisor, Wrexham, Permanent, £28,000 - £32,000 plus excellent benefits.

Our client is a leading and growing organisation with an enviable brand and reputation. Due to continued growth and success they are now looking for a Regional HR Advisor to join their existing HR team.

As Regional HR Advisor you will report into the HR Business Partner (off site) and form part of the wider HR team. A strong generalist you will be responsible for providing both operational and strategic HR support to the senior management team within your region. Working autonomously, you will advise on all HR issues including employee relations, recruitment and development of policy and procedure and support with projects such as talent management, succession planning, change management and employee engagement whilst driving cultural change and developing management capability. You will work closely with your key stakeholders to really understand their business challenges and support them with HR initiatives to help them achieve their business objectives.

A solid HR Advisor, you will have gained your experience from within a fast-paced, multi-faced business and will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Essentially you will be studying towards CIPD level 5 as a minimum. Experience of dealing with complex, high volume ER issues coupled with knowledge of payroll would be highly advantageous. Previous experience of working in a blue collar environment is a must. There will be occasional business travel with this role covering different sites in the UK. I envisage this to be one monthly/every 6 weeks; you must be comfortable with this.

This is a great opportunity to work for a fast growing and successful organisation who value their employees. A stretching role that will involve BAU workload with some exciting projects. Please apply for this role with your CV. If you have any questions please contact Helen Berry on 07870 607723.
