My client, a specialist logistics and transport business based on the outskirts of Liverpool, is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger clerk to their finance team. The ideal candidate will be at the beginning of their finance career and looking for that next step.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining Purchase ledger invoices
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Monthly reconciliation
  • Investigating any aged creditors and ensuring no debit balances
  • Liaising with depots on any Purchase Ledger queries
  • Processes and documentation
